48 Hour Cancellation Policy
The Supine Studio understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Effective January 1, 2021, we have moved to a 48-hour cancellation policy.
To be fair to all clients and in consideration of our therapists’ time, all appointments are subject to a 48-hour notice to change or cancel. If you are unable to give 48-hour advance notice of canceling or rescheduling your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full session fee. Appointments reserved with a Gift Certificate will have the session fee deducted from the balance.
Clients who forget or choose to forgo their scheduled appointment will be considered “No Show.” No Show appointments are charged the full session fee. No Show sessions reserved with a Gift Certificate will have the session fee deducted from the balance. Therapists will wait up to 15 minutes before marking a client “No Show.”
Please arrive on time for your session. Out of respect for the client after you, we are unable to provide full sessions to late arrivals. Late arrivals are responsible for the full session fee.
72-HOUR FEVER & SYMPTOM-FREE POLICY
For the safety and well-being of therapists and clients, we have implemented a 72-Hour Fever & Symptom-Free Policy.
If you have a fever and/or are experiencing symptoms of cold/flu/coronavirus/etc leading up to your appointment, you will need to reschedule. While you may not be high risk, we work with many clients who are. We take the safety and health of ALL clients seriously
You MUST be fever and symptom-free for 72 hours (3 days) before you come to the studio. If you develop a fever or symptoms in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment, reach out to your therapist immediately.
Clients who refuse to abide by this policy will be refused service and no longer welcomed at The Supine Studio.
Metered parking is available immediately in front of The Supine Studio. The city of Columbia monitors the meters. The Supine Studio is not responsible for parking tickets.
Free 2-hour parking is available on Marion Street, on the other side of Laurel Street, less than a block away.
