All appointments are subject to a 48-hour notice to change or cancel. If you are unable to give 48-hour advance notice of cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full session fee. Appointments reserved with a Gift Certificate will have the session fee deducted from the balance.
Clients who forget or choose to forgo their scheduled appointment will be considered “No Show.” No Show appointments are charged the full session fee. No Show sessions reserved with a Gift Certificate will have the session fee deducted from the balance. Therapists will wait up to 15 minutes before marking a client “No Show.”
Please arrive on time for your session. We are unable to provide full sessions to late arrivals. Late arrivals are responsible for the full session fee.
No. While we understand the convenience of insurance coverage, we choose not to bill insurance for a variety of reasons. Insurance billing is complicated and limited. Being a "self-pay" practice allows clients the freedom to choose the frequency of care that fits their needs, while allowing us the time to focus on each appointment without distractions.
We do accept HSA and FSA. We do recommend checking with your provider first to see if they cover our services. Some of our clients choose to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider. For those clients, we can provide a receipt with all appointments and fees.
"Lymphatic Drainage Massage" is a bit misleading. Using the pressure needed to perform massage is actually too much to stimulate the lymphatic system.

Almost always, yes. We do make some modifications to keep you and the little one safe. As long as you are not experience a high risk pregnancy, massage is safe to receive at any stage of pregnancy. There a place on our online booking to let us know you're expecting and how far along you will be so we can be prepared for you.
If you are experiencing a high risk pregnancy, please call us before booking online so we can make sure massage is an option.
Our parking lot and entrance are located behind the building. You will need to turn onto Gregg Street. The parking lot entrance is on Gregg Street, right next to the church.
You are free to park in any spot. The spots right in front of our building are often get afternoon shade.
Because we're so specialized, our appointments fill up quickly. For your preferred time, like a Friday or an afternoon appointment, we recommend booking at least two weeks ahead.
If you're planning on Post-Op MLD, please book those appointments as soon as you have your surgery date scheduled. You will need 2-3 MLD sessions a week for the first two weeks.
NOPE! While most clients prefer to undress completely, many choose to leave their underwear on. You will be draped with a sheet and blanket so you should never feel “exposed.”
If you would prefer to remain completely clothed, try Stretch Therapy. Stretch Therapy may fit your needs and allow you to stay fully clothed.
That’s okay! We do, too! While we always have some sort of relaxing music in the room, you're welcome to bring your own tunes.
