Who We Are
We help clients find relief through clinical massage and lymphatic services in a safe environment. We are LGBTQ+ affirming.
What We Do
We take a different approach to traditional massage. Specializing in Clinical Massage, we look at the body as a whole. Our therapists search out the root cause of pain, instead of simply massaging where it hurts.
Our lymphatic and oncology massage services allow us to be part of your team at any point of your cancer journey. Whether you’re recently diagnosed, undergoing treatment, living with cancer, or dealing with long-term side effects, we make massage safe by staying up-to-date on best practices and taking time to check in with you at every session.
Our goal is simple: get you moving pain free. Since no two bodies are the same, we spend time getting to know you and your lifestyle factors. From there, we’ll do assessments and formulate a plan. We take a multidisciplinary approach; your plan will include more than just massage and you’ll leave each session with a better sense of what your body’s communicating to you. We’ll send you home with easy-to-do, guided exercises that allow you to take an active role in your health. Keeping up with these exercises between appointments leads to improvement so we can build on progress at each session and get lasting results. Because we customize each massage to meet your specific needs, every session is different.
We know that every body has its own unique challenges and requires something different. No matter where you are on your journey to better health, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
